Powers: Able to sense ores deep within the earth, immense strength
Traits: The Armored Drake, as its name suggests, is most known for its distinct "suit" of natural armor. The metal comes from the ore in the drake's diet, a metal that humans have not been able to properly refine and use. The armor each drake develops as it grows into adulthood is different, and there have not been two discovered with the same armor. The coloration of the drake is different shades of grey, though sometimes the armor plating will bear thin veins of color, matching the ores found in the caves that the drake lives in.

Other: The Armored Drake is not an overly aggressive species, though they can get very aggressive if they feel that their family or home is being threatened. Due to the areas they choose to live in, they are often at odds with human and dwarven miners who come looking for the ore within their caves.
